Tomorrow Is a Long Time
[Bob Dylan]
Sandy Denny recorded Bob Dylan’s song Tomorrow Is a Long Time twice: a studio recording on Sandy and on the Who Knows Where the Time Goes? box set, and a live recording from her final concert on 27 November 1977 on The Attic Tracks Vol. 3 and on Gold Dust - Live at the Royalty.
The studio version was recorded at the Sound Techniques and Basing Street Studios in spring 1972 and has John ‘Rabbit’ Bundrick playing piano, with backing vocals by Linda Peters (later Thompson). Sandy plays piano on the later, live, version.
Vikki Clayton sang Tomorrow Is a Long Time on her 1994 album of Sandy Denny songs, It Suits Me Well.
