This is an anti-Reagan song written by Brent Parlane of the Melbourne band 33 South. Trevor Lucas played it with Fairport live at Cropredy 1982, which was recorded on the cassette A.T. 2.

And Trevor recorded it live at The Troubadour Cafe, South Melbourne, Australia in October 1984 too. Vocals and guitar by Trevor Lucas. This is available on the cassette The Attic Tracks Vol. 2.
