This Bob Dylan song (from Another Side of Bob Dylan) started late in 1970 at the recording sessions for the abortive second Fotheringay album. It was then recorded but not used for Fairport Convention’s album Nine with Jerry Donahue, Trevor Lucas, Dave Mattacks, Dave Pegg and Dave Swarbrick. The Fairport track was finally released in 2002 on the Fairport unConventioNal compilation and the original Fotheringay version in 2008 by Fledg’ling Records on the Fotheringay 2 CD.
