[Trevor Lucas, Pete Roach]
This is another one of Trevor's country-style songs. It started late in 1970 at the recording sessions for the abortive second Fotheringay album, was then planned and rehearsed for Fairport Convention's LP Rosie, but was then included in their album Rising for the Moon. There are some interesting vocal harmonies during the fade-out. Sandy sings backing vocals, Dave Mattacks plays drums on this song. A live recording probably from October 31, 1975 at Brunel University, Uxbridge is on the CD Who Knows? The Woodworm Archives Vol. 1.
The original Fotheringay version was finally published in 2008 by Fledg'ling Records on the Fotheringay 2 CD.
