I don’t know of any recording of Evona by author Lal Waterson herself.

John Tams sang Evona in 2002 on Oliver Knight’s album Mysterious Day with Christine Collister singing backing vocals and Chris Parkinson playing the piano.

Linda Thompson (vocals) and Teddy Thompson (vocals, acoustic guitar) and Van Dyke Parks (accordion, Hammond B3 organ) recorded it with slightly different words as Evona Darling for the 2002 tribute album Shining Bright: The Songs of Lal & Mike Waterson.
